2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- You agree to provide accurate information as required for project verification
3. Booking and Payment Terms
- A booking or project will be considered confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment, as mutually agreed.
- All payment schedules will be mentioned in the official quotation or agreement.
- Accepted payment methods: Online transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI), Cheque, or Cash.
- Late payments may result in project delays or additional charges.
4. Quotation & Pricing
- All quotations shared are valid for 15 days from the issue date unless specified.
- Prices may vary depending on material cost changes, design modifications, or additional work requested by the client.
- Any extra work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
5. Construction and Design Work
- Project timelines are estimated, not guaranteed, and depend on availability of materials, approvals, climate conditions, or external factors.
- Clients must provide access to the project site for inspection, labor, materials, and execution.
- Any government approvals, permits, or NOCs are to be arranged by the client unless specified in the contract.
6. Material and Warranty
- Materials used will be based on the specification sheet approved by the client.
- Warranty on materials is provided by the respective manufacturers only.
- Interior workmanship warranty, if applicable, will be mentioned in the final agreement.
7. Changes and Modifications
- Any change in design, layout, or material after project confirmation must be requested in writing.
- Additional charges and revised timelines will apply accordingly.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation after booking will result in deduction of processing and planning charges.
- Once execution begins, no refunds shall be provided.
- Refund processing time: 15–30 working days (if applicable).
9. Limitation of Liability
Ethiclear Estate Private Limited is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by third-party suppliers, government restrictions, weather conditions, or unforeseen emergencies.
- Damages caused by client negligence or unauthorized modifications at the work site.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, models, and documents shared with clients remain the intellectual property of Ethiclear Estate Private Limited and cannot be copied, resold, or transferred without written permission.
11. Privacy Policy
All personal information collected is used only for project execution and communication. We do not sell or share customer details with third parties.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims must be reported to the company in writing.
If unresolved, matters will be handled under legal jurisdiction.
13. Acceptance
By using our services or signing any project agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
