At Ethiclear Estate Private Limited, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for our services.
Booking / Advance Payment
- All bookings for construction, property purchase, or interior design services require an advance payment to confirm the project.
- This advance amount is non-refundable once planning, designing, or procurement work has started.
Project Cancellation by Client
- If the client decides to cancel the project before execution begins, a cancellation fee will be charged to cover administrative and planning expenses.
- Refund amount (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting:
- Design and consultation fees
- Manpower and site inspection expenses
- Purchased materials cost
- Any additional processing charges
Cancellation After Work Has Started
- Once execution, construction, manufacturing, or installation work has commenced, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
- For real estate bookings (flats, plots, or buildings), cancellations will follow the respective project agreement and RERA norms where applicable.
Modifications Instead of Cancellation
- Clients may choose to modify the project instead of canceling.
- Any cost difference or extra requirements must be paid as per revised quotation.
Refund Processing Timeline
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days from cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only (Bank Transfer/UPI/Cheque).
Company-Initiated Cancellation
Ethiclear Estate Private Limited reserves the right to cancel a project due to:
- Non-payment or payment delays beyond agreed timelines
- Site conditions that are unsafe, restricted, or legally disputed
- Client misuse or unapproved work on site
- Failure to provide required approvals, NOCs, or documents
In such cases, no refund will be provided for completed or ongoing work. Remaining materials or unfinished work will be handed over if applicable.
Material/Product Purchase Refund
- Products, materials, furniture, or custom-manufactured items purchased for the project cannot be returned or refunded as they are customized.
- Any replacement will follow manufacturer warranty conditions only.
No Refund Policy for Digital or Design Services
Payments made for:
- Architectural drawings & floor plans
- 2D/3D interior designs
- Consultation or site measurement fees
are 100% non-refundable once work is initiated.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes relating to cancellation or refund will be handled under the legal jurisdiction of Courts
Agreement to Policy
By initiating a booking or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
